For reservations done directly through our website, we offer a full refund of any and all monies that you have paid, should there be a documented Covid-19 related issue, such as a travel restriction, Covid-19 positive renter, etc. We request that you please let us know of your need to cancel as soon as you are considering it. We always treat our guests the way we want to be treated, even if it means losing income during a pandemic.
